My friend needs a pc build for normal work purposes and I am travelling so I can't set up a good build for him . Its not for gaming or high GPU work so gpu its not necessary. He also wants a monitor and keyboard and mouse(cheap will work). (will look for a cheap CPU case locally).

Can someone suggest me a build under 20000rsthat will do his work? Would a g4560+cheapest mobo from msi or GB+4gram a good choice?

Actually the problem with APU is slower IPC because (A8-7600) build on older third generation of the Bulldozer architecture. You will not see any difference in daily work load. It seems you have a good understanding with PC building, why don't you check some reviews of APU? Since your budget is somewhere around 15000k (keeping the monitor apart it will be hard to find something better unless second hand product.

What I can suggest is get a APU build rather than intel because for that budget an APU build will deliver basic computing performance as well as unparalleled GPU performance like no other intel can deliver at that price point. Even he don't game, watching a good quality video also needs some GPU load. If he can wait Ryzen APUs are close. It will be a much better option than anything available right now for a low priced balanced pc.

Very difficult to get any quality (ver base level) below that price level.

I was considering an apu too but I don't have much knowledge about old amd apu/CPU just ryzen stuff.

I have to include the monitor into the 20000rs coz thats what he wants. So I thought of g4560 over i3 kr i would have gone with cheapest ryzen or tell him to wait.

:) he might wait till the Ryzen apu's comes out. But i would like to know what will be the prices of it. I have built lots of pc's myself, but due to studies, i have been little outdated about all the cpu gpu after skylake and 1st gen ryzen.

Cant say anything since it is not released. But as per AMD, R3-2200G will be cheapest of the lot. Better wait for now until it rolls out.
