Can Case Fan connect to AIO connector on the MOBO?

Hey guys I just wanted to ask whether that Case Fan like the CM Masterfan 120 Pro be connected to the AIO pump connector as a second fan header?

Are you referring to the AIO_PUMP header found on most Asus MoBos? If so then yes, you can use it as another fan header on your MoBo.
The reason why it's labeled as AIO_PUMP is due to the custom made water cooling loops where some of the pumps need more than 1A at 12V to operate. AIO_PUMP headers usually sustain 3A at 12V.
