CPU heatsink pushing against side panel, bulging slightly

Hi,
I recently installed a new CPU cooler (Noctua NH-U14S), and it is very slightly too tall for my case.
It slightly pushes against the side panel and makes it bulge slightly (very slightly).
I am slightly concerned about the stress put on the components, (cooler, cpu, mobo) and also as a consequence I can hear some vibrations from the fan.

Is there anything to worry about, or should I do something about it? (How would I return it if necessary?)

Thanks!

I would absolutely return it. those copper head pipes are pretty fragile, I am sure your motherboard does not appreciate the stress you are putting on it either. In all reality, it may not hurt anything, but I would advice against using it.

Is your side panel just a plain piece of metal I take it? If it is, you can take it off, and sorta warp it in the area where the cooler touches a bit, so it bulges out on its own and does not put pressure on it. Its a super pain when you find a cooler you want, and it doens't fit! been there my self.

I've pulled off the side of the case, as I may be getting a new case soon. Where the heatsink touches is plastic, and I don't want to ruin the side panel if I do get a new case. The panel's in a position where there is no stress on the components, but it still keeps some of the dust out.
Thanks for the help!

yeah no problem!
I thought of warping out the side panel only because i've had a couple cases where the cable management side did not have enough room, and I would slightly bubble them out in order to make it fit back on.
