G.Skill TridentZ 16GB 3200MHz DDR4
Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080 Ti Xtreme 11GB
Corsair RMx Series RM850x
Samsung 960 EVO M2 250 GB
Samsung 960 EVO MZ-V6E500BW 500 GB intern
Case Phanteks Eclipse P400

Please help me with som cpu cooling SERIOUS cool, and SILENT ?

I think the P400 is a mistake, the intake is pretty restrictive on this case.

Maybe consider something like, Meshify C. NH-D15 will fit and you'll have enough airflow for it to be effective.
