a speedtest I did suggests that I my downloadspeed is only 9.000 kbits/s while my upload speed is 9.000 kbit/s aswell and my ping just normal 20ms. A laptop that does the same speedtest in the same room receives a download speed of 50 kbit/s so there got to be something wrong with my PC. I pay for 50 kbit/s. Also interesting could be the fact, that there is "killer-network" preinstalled on my PC. What does limit my PC internet speed?
