hi guys, my first post & thread here,

i have gtx 780 ti which worked very good for 4 years and never had any problem with it until
yesterday when i started game my pc just crashed right away and when i turned it on i started the game again and to my surprise i could reach 5fps max, then i tried different games and result was same very low fps 5 at best. then i opened device manager and checked my gpu it gave code 43 and 0000002B, also i noticed some bluish lines on dark colors which i didn't had before but on bright colors it still have that colors but not as much (or at least not noticable),, , after that i went to google for help and tried anything from full deleting drivers from safe mode to heating up gpu to fix it but none of those worked, system detects my gpu but it just doesn't work, when looking at gpu it spins just like it used to and gets little warm but that's all it does, when i installed drivers it goes back to 1080p display but nothing works can't even open nvidia control panel and geforce experience always asks to install driver which i already "installed" and even if i did it from there it still asks to do it,hw monitor can't detect my gpu, gpu z does but when i start any game gpu logs does nothing sits at 0 , also my monitor driver(software) is requesting gpu driver.., at this point i'm considering upgrading to 1080 Ti but prices are skyrocketing and i would prefer to have my current gpu little longer, in fact i have never had my gpu overclocked, it was used only for gaming and was cleaned from dirt regularly with air.
is there anything else i can do other than upgrading?
my specs are i7 4770k, h110 cooling, gtx 780 Ti EVGA SC, 850W PSU, 16gb ddr3 ram 2133mhz

here are lines it have on screen since gpu problem

Hi there .those lines that you see on the screen are called artifacts. that means your gpu is going to die.a reflow should fix this. I did it before and it's not hrad to repair it. and this is caused by the thermal conditions . when was the last time you have changed the thermal paste on the gpu?
I suggest you to change the thermal paste and clean the gpu and then test it on another pc.if it does the same thing your only hope is a reflow ( all you need is a heat gun. but the reflow doesn't last so much) or get another gpu
