Im about to buy a new psu because the sata connector is broken and i cant connect it to disk im using a duck tape temporaly.Ok

Amd a10-7850k
Asrock fm2a68dg3+
16gb ram g.skill 1600
Gpu: amd r7 360 2gb Ram
Disks
NY 128GB SSD
Hdd Toshiba 1tb
Hitachi 500gb
PSU:THERMALTAKE 700WATT
I open the case and made some cleaning! made a back up, i formated the ssd drive and i installed windows10.
Computer randomly restarts espessialy when im using chrome not often but almost every week.i can not figure out what problem is ! I have asked for some help and guy who is computer engineer told me that maybe chrome might triggers restarting ...and also recently read the article the about microsoft amd who are dealing a compability issues with some updates like KB 4056892 (i removed it).im woried i dont know If have to spend the money by replacing the psu or motherbard or new a gpu. i used memtest86 for 12.30 hours with no problem and i have not oc/ed my cpu or gpu.
Any suggetions?
