3 pin connector four pin fan

Hi my motherboard has 3 pin connectors on them and I have two four pin fans. Is there a way to connect the fan to the three pin motherboard connectors?

4th pin allows you to adjust fan speeds, without the 4th pin they will spin at full speed. You can use 4pin fan plugs on 3pin headers if it fits.

Would this cause any issues with RGB fans that has a controller built into the case?
