The best laptop with a decent dedicated GPU that I can find at Amazon.co.uk is the following MSI laptop that is actually a little over your budget at £659. It has a quad core i5-7300HQ and nVidia mx150 which is approximately in between the performance of the GTX 950m and GTX 960m and it is basically the laptop equivalent to the desktop GT 1030. It is considered mainstream dedicated mobile GPU and it is the least expensive laptop with that GPU. Just for reference. The GTX 1050 is considered to be the least powerful GPU that "qualify" as a gaming GPU. It is about equal to the GTX 965m which I think is about 20% more powerful than the GTX 960m that was considered the least powerful GPU to qualify as a gaming GPU back in 2016...

An alternative is to actually import a laptop from the US to the UK. Below is a link to the Dell Inspiron 15 5577 which falls into the budget gaming laptop category. It has the same CPU, but it has the more powerful GTX 1050 GPU. It costs $700 USD plus $164 for shipping and import taxes for a total of $864 USD. At the current exchange rate this works out to £627. Still over your budget, but not as much as the MSI laptop. There is a "Ship To" field where you can select the UK.

Staying strictly within your budget means you will be relying on integrated graphics which is far less powerful than mx150.
