Hi! What resolution/fps/graphics settings does he want to play at? And is the 500 bucks including the monitor and peripherals?

Looking to be playing without lag/stutter. Looking for best bang for the buck, I know with todays pricing on lolram, lolgpu itll be difficult to be picky about some items. He currently does not have a monitor/peripherals, but I imagine we can work something outside the 500$ budget for them.

Ok, so does he consider lag like 30 fps or 60 fps or 5 fps? I'll try to pull something up.

Here's one on pcpartpicker after a quick look on the games requirements https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/T3Xscf/entry-level-amd-gaming-build I'm not 100 percent sure it'll fit/work with all the games but I'm moderately sure of it. It might be $80 over budget but I'll keep looking
NOTE: It is excluding the OS. My guessing is that you'll have to pull some stuff really tight to keep it even within the 500-580-ish range, you might consider raising the budget but it's up to you.

Isnt the 1030 really weak? As in about the same as the apu A8-9600? Also, new intel chips will have a new socket from what Ive read? Thinking something AM4 based, since we know that has years left on its lifespan rather then a dead socket.
Heres something that I had tossed together, with just price tag in mind currently, this obviously has some big holes in the quality dept, hence why Im reaching out here in the hopes of input and/or better options.

To answer the 1030 question, it's not as powerful as a 1070 ti and things but it's pretty good for budget builds + APUs and GPUs have different functions

This is over budget, but the GTX 1050 is way more powerful and is more suited for your needs.

No need for an OS. If you do not mind a watermark, download the ISO off Microsoft page and install it and do not activate it.
