Hi,
I have a Bose Companion system hooked up to my TV via a 3.5mm headphone cable which works great. I tried to use a splitter to share the sound so my echo would also come through the speakers. The problem is the sound quality is not shared equally. The sound comes through ok on say the TV but not the echo then I switch the cables around and it's then the opposite. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Solution
You can't use a splitter to connect two sources to one input. You are effectively connecting the TV and the echo to each other which one or both may not like. You need an input selector switch.
