I am very new to gaming pc’s and am planning on upgrading from Xbox one to pc. I want to be able to run games such as ark, pubg, dayz, fortnite, rainbow six siege, ww2 and other games like these at ultra setting 4k and 60fps. Please give me some good builds. Thank you!

P.S. I don’t care about looks only performance. This must include monitors and gaming mouse and keyboards not included in price.

OK for the mouse I recommend the Logitech G300s https://www.amazon.ca/Logitech-G300s-Optical-Gaming-910-004360/dp/B00RH6R7C4
For the keyboard https://www.amazon.com/Rii-Rainbow-Mechanical-Multimedia-Keyboard/dp/B0713ZKFR7/ref=sr_1_5?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1515955914&sr=1-5&keywords=gaming+keyboard+mechanical&refinements=p_36%3A2000-3000 (I actually have it and I really like it)

With these it will add around 200 CAD.
