What is taking all my C: Drive space?

Hey guys so my C: drive has 15gb left on it, and when i check all the files used on it it only uses a total of 170gb when my hard drive is 223gb, which means i should at least have 50gb free, why do i only have 15gb free?

Could be a lot of things.

Install and run WinDirStat
Run As Administrator, individual drive...only the C drive.
Post the screencap here.
