I found an A8 5600K, A68 Motherboard for a really cheap price and im planning to slap a GTX 660 on that system. Do I need to install the APU's driver first or ignore it and just install the Nvidia's driver?
I'm trying to build a $200 pc here in Philippines.
I managed to get a brandnew FSP HyperK 80+ White 500watts for $35
8GB 1600mhz for $30
And just found a great deal of a used A8-5600k, GTX 660 and a brand new/sealed A68 FM2+/FM2 motherboard for $100.
Well the a8 perfroms the same as a core 2 quad q6600 from 2008 and it's just a bad cpu for gaming (even low end titles like league of legends or cs go).
If you are not gaming then no point in getting a gtx 660 (which is also below min spec for today in games) since the a8 has a decent enough gpu on board.
