Is this Watercooling compatible?

Solution
The A240 cooling kit by EK is an all aluminum cooling system. When it comes to liquid cooling corrosion is your worst enemy and aluminum does not play well with other metals in the loop. As the liquid makes its way through the loop it picks up microscopic bits of the metals it interacts with. When these flakes make contact with a different metal they react and create corrosion.

Since the card you listed above uses a copper block I would say stay away from using it in a loop with the A240. EK has even plastered warning signs all over the kit telling users to only use aluminum components with that system.

So, in short, will it work? Yes. Should you do it? Absolutely not. It will eventually cause you some pretty serious problems down...

My suggestion for what you should buy would be anything that uses copper. EK makes plenty of components that you will have to build from scratch so you will lose the “kit” concept but it’s worth it to avoid corrosion.
