Hi, I usually get high temperatures while gaming. I have an i7-6700k with a intel stock cooler

I know this cooler is not really meant for this CPU, but in most cases I have to cap the fps to 60 (with vysnc) in order to prevent my cpu working harder which increases temperatures

It's usually around 80C

I know this isnt really the most accurate picture, as im not gaming at the moment. But are all these readings safe?

Solution
yes your idle temps are normal. and gaming temps at 80C is normal for stock coolers. alot of computers run with those CPU temps. you can try downclocking just the AVX commands by 1 or 3 if you want and see if it improves your temps.
