Hey guys I need help, my computer has suddenly started to run slower than it should. My dad built this computer for me last year, but after running well for a few days it suddenly started shitting on me. After swapping out the motherboard and getting a new gpu, the computer was running fine and well. However recently it has started to run slower than it should. Another issue i have is that sometimes the windows start buttons, alt-tab, and the windows key won't work at all. Also my ssd sometimes doesn't show up on the boot priority menu, although i havent had that issue recently after updating my bios. The computer will also sometimes freeze when it tries to load up bios or will restart by itself, although this issue hasn't occurred recently, but i'll inform you if it does. I've already tried reinstalling my graphics drivers from the manufacturer website but that didnt fix it. I also checked the system file checker and it shows that there were some corrupted files, but ive since replaced them and now there aren't any integrity violations. However, the computer still runs slower than it should. I can't think of anything else besides maybe a bad driver, bad ssd, or I need to reinstall windows entirely. (I dont wanna have to that if i can avoid it.)

Side Note: I've also noticed that my CPU seems to always be using at least 20-30% or up to 100% on certain processes like task manager or google chrome. Is this supposed to happen? I tried to disable most processes on start up and also delete any processes that i didnt need that overused the cpu. However the problem still also isnt fixed.

Specs:
Intel Core i5 6600k @ 3.50 GHz, 4 CPUs
Nvidia Geforce 1070
Asus Z170 Pro Motherboard
Intel SSD Pro 2500 Series 480 GB

I went to the asus website for the drivers, and there seems to be a bunch of drivers for different parts of the mother board (vga, sata, bios, etc.) which ones do i need to download, or do i download all of them?

Update: I downloaded the sata, bios, and sound ones, but the vga one i couldnt run. After updating the three that i did install, the problem with my computer restarting during windows booting up returned. I can't tell if these symptoms can help track down the cause of the problem, but i assume it has something to do with the main problem

Can check with SuperAntiSpyware or Hitman Pro as well.

For motherboard drivers first get an install the chipset drivers, after that imo the lan+sata+audio at least. The bios is another kind of update, but if you haven't the latest could that maybe help although i doubt it.
Since "suddenly" happening do i feel something in windows isn't right or a part of the pc is giving up.

Might also check if the ssd has the latest firmware on it.

look under the "Diagnostic Tools" for the "Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox". For updating you might need "Intel® SSD firmware Update Tool" found under the "Update Tools".

I downloaded the drivers for the chipset, lan, sata, and audio and installed them all. Updated the bios and already checked that my ssd has the latest firmware. I also ran superantispyware, but all i found was a bunch of cookies that i deleted. However the problem with my computer still persists in that games still run much slower than they should even though they were running fine maybe 1-2 weeks ago.
