Hello, so today i was trying to update my computer drivers. And i used Driver Booster, but then i saw people on the internet saying that DB its not the best option to update drivers. When after using DB i think that i have Xeon drivers, and my cpu is Pentium.
I would like to know the best way to update my drivers and maintain my computer on his best perfomance.

you have to first get to your motherboard name first. if you dont know your motherboard name. you can download CPUz. run it and go to the motherboard tab. it will also tell you what version of BIOS you have. google you motherboard. and visit the support site. the CPUz will also tell you the correct chipset driver that you need to install.

yes the driver booster tool is not 100% and you have to be smart about it. if there are mistakes on the driver being detected, please also report the incident to the tools support site for their improvement of their database. they will assist you to find the right driver as well. but it does do a very quick scan of what drivers are missing and will give you an idea with a head start. some times some people have no choice when the manufacturers stops support and no time to be troubling to find drivers for motherboards that are very old.

drivers.softpedia.com is also a good site of finding old drivers/firmwares/BIOS.
