How many apps and tabs and things do you have open at once?

What is the actual issue? From those screenshots its appears normal?
What are PC specs and why is the usage causing you any issues?

ram hyperx fury black series 8gb 1800mhz, proccesor amd fx 4300, gpu gtx 1050 ti oc windforce in most of games i play i only have 1 tab opened in dota i got 2 chrome and the game and yes the world cant load with ram being in such high usage

forgot to say ram is on 80% and when i go in games it goes from 97% to 99%

Have you tried just closing dota and chrome while you play?

yes and the ram stays on 98% untill i restart thats happening write now i just closed both of them
