Hey guys! Im having some difficulties with my current cpu cooler. it has 3-pin running always at 2500 RPM. also my cpu stays at about 75-80C when playing certain games. so i need to decvide for a new cpu cooler.
I found the CRYORIG - C7 40.5 CFM CPU Cooler.
1.Is it good?
2.Will it fit on my motherboard? (ASUS H61M-VG4)
All help is appreciated. Thank you!

The OP is looking at a cryorig C7, not H7.

1. The C7 is a downdraft cooler with a 92mm fan.
It is not a particularly effective cooler, and should only be used if there is a cooler height restriction.
There are much better low priced coolers available.

2. It will fit.

@OP:
What is your current cooler?
What is your case? Does it have 160mm height available for a cooler. What is your temperature at idle?
70-80c. is not out of line under maximum load.

I currently have the ALTA7 cooler. my temps at idle actually vary, from 39-49 C, usually at 40.
The problem is that when i play games that require performance, like NFS 2017 or MEAndromeda, it always stays 75-80C.
As for the case im not quite sure. the tower stays vertically not horizontally, but it has quite some space in there.
what would your solution be?

Case/cooler orientation is not an issue.
That temperature is probably nominal for that cooler.
ALTA 7 is a downdraft cooler with a 92mm fan.
Downdraft is not as effective as a tower type cooler.
Essentially no better than the intel stock cooler that came with your 2600K.

If you can't identify your case. post a picture.
More importantly, measure how much room you have to install a tower cooler.
160mm will install many inexpensive and effective coolers.
CM hyper212 is popular, but the $33 scythe kotetsu is a winner that costs about the same, is more efficient, quieter, and is easier to install.
I personally installed one in my son's pc.

this is my current fan. even if i get the cooler you mentioned, how is it going to stand in my case? the cpu fan will face the back of the GPU and therefore blow air towards it, right? Isnt that an issue? Or can I change the position of the cpu fan and place it towards the part on the right (the part with the holes on the right of the case)
