No. Its very rare to have older laptops with swappable cpu, but newer high end can be swappable, soo you're stuck with it.

No. Not without gutting the thing and finding an intel mobo and CPU that will fit into the the laptop encolure, which may not even exist. It would be easier to just buy a new laptop.
You can't put an intel CPU in an amd motherboard. Also I believe that CPU is soldered to the board so you cant replace it with another AMD cpu either.
