Insane ping when streaming, even internet is good.

What type of modem/router combination are you using? Sometimes there can be limitations within the modem and/or router that could cause that. And is it something that you've been able to stream before without issues and just giving the high ping now, or did you just start trying to stream recently and it's been happening each time?

I'm using hybrid internet: wired phone line + 4g internet modems. Both modems have limit of 100mbps. Few years ago and now everything was and is the same, I wasn't be able to stream normally, I was having high ping all the time when streaming was started.
