Title says it all, I am upgrading a Lenovo think centre m81 type 7518 with an RX 480 but it doesn't seem to boot at all, and I have upgraded the PSU to a Corsair cx 500m. I only get no video signal, no beeps or even a logo. Is this a whitelist issue or something else?

Have you tried the Videocard in another machine? Have you tried another videocard in that machine? Lets determine if the videocard or the machine is the issue.
