Hi,
I've been getting the above error message when running the diagnostic on Windows and have tried everything to fix it but to no avail. I have reset the network, checked the dependencies are on automatic. The same issue comes up when I tried a wired connection, I've also run command prompts to reset the tcp/ip stack and nothing seems to be working. All I have left now is to do a factory reset which I really would prefer not to do. The issue is only present on my laptop and not other Internet connected devices.
Any thoughts?
