Why does my GPU doesn't work at max performance? You know , I have :
CPU : AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 645 3.10 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 Phantom by GAINWARD
RAM : 8.00 GB

You see , I played a lot of games and seems like in most of them I can't get all the power... I feel like something is holding it back to don't get that max power... it may be the product fault? Could be a fake? Please , help !
