After Windows 7 (new) installation, Ethernet Driver won`t work (Asus H97+)

Hello Guys,

I installed Windows 7 and i got the yellow sign on my ethernet controller (device manager).
so i downloaded the driver from the Asus Website for the Asus H97-plus motherboard.
when i tried to install the lan driver, it says "The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If deep sleep mode ist enabled. Please plug the cable."
(the light on the back is orange instead of yellow, idk if its important)

So i resetted the Bios, installed windows again, took the Battery and Ram out for 30 mins.
I tried a different driver, it didn`t work aswell.

(In device manager the ethernet is unknown but the hardware id is PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_859E1043&REV_11)

Do i have to purchase a new Motherboard?

(If needed, i have Crucial Ballistix 8 GB Ram, Intel Core i5 and a Sapphire R9 280 3Gb)

Thanks in advance !

Greetings
Max
