I dont think so, i was just going to add the ssd and keep using my 500gb hhd which was windows 10, i also have a windows 7 instal disk

yeah, it kinda is but im not quite ready for so much, 8 gb is reccomended for most games nowdays anyway.
 
I know RAM prices are the worst they have ever been but I'd still get 2x8gb. And why the full tower when a mid tower will do the same and probably save a little cash? Last, no need for big air cooler on locked CPU.

Same price but more RAM with plenty of cooling in a good case.

the thing is, i was going to replace most of the system and probably add another 8 gb late this year or early next year, 16 gb wont be necessary in games that i play, cs:go, skyrim, ark survival, rust, pubg, fortnite. or at least it will be fine for medium/high 1080p settings

i already have a computer, excellent ram but its ddr3, i will take the power supply, the case fans, my beloved gtx 980 and the current 500gb hhd

i wanted it to be super cool, anyways i have my ceiling fan on the fastest setting cause its hot in australia, so noise doesnt really mean much + im gonna be listening to music, hence the 6 cores
