Computer stuttering and then freezing

Situation: I just wall-mounted my PC. It was a lot of work because of the case parts. I ended up having to remove the motherboard to put the brace in the case to hold it. After this the computer started to stutter/freeze.

The freezing is random, sometimes it works for an hour, usually just for a few minutes before it freezes. I think it might be a hardware problem because I messed with the motherboard, so I am afraid that I messed something up or broke something.

I did a complete reinstall of Windows 10, fully cleaning the drive, so I don't think it is a software problem.

I removed and replaced the RAM to make sure it wasn't loose.

I tried a different keyboard because I recently spilled something on it, but the keyboard works fine on other computers.

I noticed that I did bend very bady the connection for the usb ports on the front of the case. However I disconnected that and it still has the same problems. I don't think that those broken/bent pins could cause the problem, but I am not sure.

I installed NZXT CAM to monitor temps. Ran this and task manager together, then waited for freezing. Task manager showed nothing out of the ordinary and temps are around 30C when it happens, so I don't think it is an overheating issue.

Intel i5 7700k, gtx 1070, Windows 10

My question is what kind of hardware problems could cause this and how do I check them? Or could it be something software related? Visually inspected the hardware and it seems fine, but I am not sure. When doing the fresh install of Windows it doesn't freeze but seems to go through it just fine.
