Best mobile to shoot short Films

I'm in an idea to shoot short film. My budget for video gear is low . That's the reason i decided to use mobile to shoot. Suggest me smart phones with better video quality . My budget is 180$. Thanks in advance.

For that price you are going to have to buy used if you want a better than average result. Check what is available on your local market and then check specific reviews for those you find and are interested in.
If you want new, consider this model:

This is the Moto E plus (a newer large phone). My oldest two sons both love theirs. It takes "ok" video. I've seen better but those phones cost close to $1000.
