Random Program On my computer

So recently a program called puTTY has began opening on my computer. I have never installed or even knew about this software until it began doing so. I have tried to uninstall it as it is a hindrance to my gaming, however it has no installation folder, or any folder for that matter. It is a single executable in my Temp folder (C:\Users\L3monaid\AppData\Local\Temp) and when i delete the executable it doesnt pop up for a few minutes, but then it does, and creates a new executable out of nowhere it seems. It doesn't popup just once either, it creates new executables in the folder and open up them as well every 5 or so minutes. I left it overnight to see if it would stop, however i ended up with 50 or so executables in the temp folder, all of which were running. Each time an executable is created it has a random name such as xV7uK8b. I have ran virus scans however nothing relating to the program is found, and it also seems to be the actual puTTY program. I have tried installing puTTY and then uninstalling it, however this did nothing.

its quicker to backup your data to another drive. get a windows installer. boot. delete all partitions and install windows. reinstall all your device drivers from your motherboards website starting with your chipset. and reinstall all your apps. before you open your files from your backup data drive. be sure to do a full scan of the drive.

if you dont wanna do that, then proceed below
since most of us arent good or dont have the time to do software forensics to deal with specific viruses. we usually just do the following :
* uninstall any of the recent programs you think mightve caused this. uninstall any programs you dont recognize.
* download rkill and run it. dont restart.
* download malwarebytes. run a full scan.
* run Windows...

* run Windows Defender full scan. (make sure yo have the latest virus defintions database by checking Windows Updates)
clean whatever you find there. then restart. if all seems normal. then do the following to make sure windows havent been corrupted. if it fails, then you must do a fresh install.
