There is adaptive and fast sync on the green side of the aisle. Open Nvidia's control panel and click on 3D settings. In the Global settings, scroll down to Vertical Sync. Click on your desired sync feature. https://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/adaptive-vsync/technology.
