4tb maxtor M3 external hdd health status (error rate)

Hello. I just checked my 4tb maxtor hdd health status with crystal disk info and i see that there are read and seek errors (in Raw Values). Compared to my other hdd's, number are a lot higher. Anyone know if this is normal or if there is a problemme with this drive?

First, make a full backup. Is it still under warranty?
Next, run the manufacturer (seagate owns maxtor) hard drive tools and see if you can get a report showing the same errors. Then contact the manufacturer (or reseller) and ask for a replacement.

Yes its under warranty. I have bought it before 1 month and it has worked for about 100 hours with no issues (i use it only to backup files). So i guess from your answer these number are not normal. Im gonna check and run if there is any manufacturer test and if there is also errors there i will contact the reseller i bought it from. Thanks!
