Rendering in 90°c CPU Temp.

Is it normal to render in 95°c CPU Temp? Using Maya Mental Ray with Ocean Shader.

Ryzen 7 1700
GTX 1060 6GB
16 GB 2666MHz RAM
B350M Mortar Arctic MOBO
120 GB SSD
2 TB HHD

if it's a momentary spike - OK
If it's the continuous temp - it's far from OK.
You either have an improperly installed cooler or your overclock is too aggressive for the cooler you have.
Though with this particular motherboard, aggressive overclock (~4GHz) with voltage ~1.4v, running continuous load is well beyond safe with the mediocre (at best) VRM.
