Is it okay for top exhaust fan to be close to the CPU COOLER?

I have a big air cooler and it's close to the top exhaust fan. And I have a full tower case.
Should I remove the top exhaust fan or no? It's also close to the rear exhaust fan.

Please help me thanks.

This can only be a problem if your CPU fan spins much faster/moves much more air than the top exhaust fan cause then the exhaust fan would be more of a hindrance than help.
But if they're even remotely similar this should be no problem at all.
