Hi everyone!

I wanted the opinion of the users of the best hardware website out there, so I came here ;)
I am thinking of building a new rig and was shopping around a bit. The PC will be used mostly for gaming and data analyses/visualization.
I wanted to know if anyone has a suggestion on how to improve on this build. I *believe* I have the best parts I can possibly get for the price, but I would like your opinion. The M.2 pci-e ssd is mostly for data analyses, since I read that for gaming it doesn't really matter. I do hope to be able to run my algorithms on datasets as big as 2-4GB (or 1-10 million lines with about 25-40 columns, sometimes more)
Any suggestions?

The build (so far):
Arctic Freezer 33
Intel Core i7-8700K
Samsung 960 EVO 500GB
Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming K3
Sharkoon S25-W
Seasonic S12II-Bronze 620W
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8GB
Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 2x8GB

Solution
You are going to run out of space pretty quick on the SSD.

So I recommend going with a 250GB M.2 SSD and a standard 1GB HD for games and storage etc.

The PSU while go will limit you as far as Graphics cards go so a Seasonic G-550W would be a better choice and it has the proper PCIe cables for 2x PCIe connections.

The CPU Cooler is very weak and won't handle an I7 8700K, a Cyborg H7 is a much better choice.

The case is kinda small for an ATX MB, going to be cramped in there and with a 167mm max cooler height that also limits what CPU coolers you can use.

Hi Jankerson, thanks for replying!

Forgot to mention that I am planning to save up for a 1 TB M.2 ssd which will be added in about 1.5 months. I already have another 500gb sata SSD which will temporarily fill the void.

I'm not sure what you mean about the PSU? The one I have in my list can provide more power than the one you mentioned doesn't it? (or is there something I'm missing?) Also not sure if I will use more than 1 PCI-e slot

Hmmm, a friend of mine told me this cooler was a really good one for the price. I guess I'll shop around a little. How easy is it nowadays to upgrade the CPU cooler? In case I want to go with this and upgrade if neccesary in about a month or 2?

I'll look around for somewhat bigger cases. is there an easy way to see which size would be good enough? (I used PCPartPicker and emailed the shop I want to order these parts at, both said it was fine, but I guess they don't care if it's cramped, only if it fits)

Good for the price doesn't mean much on the CPU cooler. And it's a 120mm fan unit so if you plan on overclocking that 8700K you will find out pretty quick what I am talking about.

The Seasonic 620W you picked is really a 576W on the 12V while the G-550W I recommended is a 540W on the 12V.

And the G-Series is a newer platform with better protection, Gold Rated and has the PCIe connections for dual power connection cards. And the G-550W will be quieter.
