F31 Thermaltake Suppressor. Will a 1080ti fit?

I recently bought a new motherboard, an ASUS STRIX z270F. I also have a 1080ti STRIX and a F31 thermaltake suppressor mid tower case. Part picker says that itll block some of the drive bays. I really only need 1-2 drive bays. Will I at least have room for 1 HDD with the 1080ti?

Sweet, thanks! What GPU is that? And that looks like quite a smol CPU cooler. I was curious about the H5 universal as well. It'll have plenty of clearance, correct?

CPU cooler height limitation:
180mm

Plenty ^ of room for the Air cooler of your choice.

Cryorig coolers are great I own a Universal.

alright, thanks! Maybe you could help me out with one more issue? I keep getting different responses from people and certain websites. I had to upgrade my motherboard to the z270, but I'm keeping my I7-6700k. Will I need to Upgrade/update or other wise mess with BIOS? Someone also recommended I get a clean installation of windows? Your advice? Also never told me what GPU that was.

No need to update the BIOS , clean install is the best way , but not always needed. I do prefer clean installs with the right drivers.
