I built a PC with the following parts:
My PC ran great but I wanted to upgrade the graphics to something better than the integrated graphics on the i7-7700K CPU. I found and bought a used Sapphire Vapor-X R9 270 2G DG graphics card for US$40. I installed it on my PC and the graphics were much better but my system ran slower. Installed the latest AMD graphics drivers from Sapphires website and still my system ran slow. I the removed the card, went back to using the integrated graphics, uninstalled the AMD graphics drivers, and my PC was running fast again.
What could be causing the slowness? Have I used the number of PCI-e slots available in my system? I tired researching this but it's a bit confusing.
