Hard-drives are not being displayed in disk manager or Bios of motherboard.

I have put in 2 hard-drives in my PC besides my main hard-drive with my operating system installed on and they are not being displayed. Any ideas?
My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A and I have a hotswap bay for all my hard-drives .
