Can anyone help me out with this. My FPS on 3 different games are no higher then 30. (Euro Truck 2 going down to 10!!))
I have a Dell Latitude E6540
Specs are as follows:
Intel Core i7-4800MQ
16GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro
In terms of graphics, there is Intel HD Graphics 4600 as well as AMD Radeon HD 8790M
Pretty much tried all that I can think of, done all the windows updates, updated the drivers, downloaded AMD Radeon Settings and tried to make sure that the AMD is being used when on games (can't verify this for sure), changed graphics quality but still with no luck and I am sure the laptop specs are enough to run the games at decent fps on decent quality??
Can anyone give me some advice.
