i just bought gtx 1060 super jetstream yestarday and uninstall the old driver (using display driver uninstaller ) then install my new gpu

750watts evga g2
im getting low fps on csgo
my old gpu is gtx 750 ti
im getting like 250 to 300 fps on my gtx 750 ti on csgo
then my gtx 1060 super jetstream having low fps im only getting 80 to 130 fps ?? 90 to 100 usage in cpu and only 20 to 30 usage on my gpu? i dont know whats happening help please
