Is my Graphic Card (GTX 1060) failing? Please help!

Hey guys, I have recently noticed some strange things going on with my CPU (?) and I would ask for some advice.
Some specs first - here (You need to scroll a little downwards to see the specs)

Things I have noticed:

Computer Crashes - maybe once to maximum twice every 2 weeks. Similar to blue screen - without any warnings

Artifacts while watching Videos (in VLC) - something like this, although not so intense.

Something I have very recently noticed is that when I play videos in youtube, they like go in slow motion, then skip forward to the moment where they should actually be and then go again in slow motion. I tried it with IE and had the same problem. Then I disabled hardware acceleration and made the integrated video card deal with the browsers and the problem disappeared.

Secondly I recently Installed GTAIV and it said I have only 3gb memory I can use, whileI should have 6.

Thirdly I ran Furmark test and got the same results as gtx 1060 3gb users.

Fourthly (and thank god finally), I downloaded Video memory stress Test and tried to run the test. The following:

And here is what the program shows (Note top left corner)

So please, if you have any suggestions or tips or anything, I will be more than thankful!!

EDIT: screenshots from Speccy if that would be of any help:

It is probably worth mentioning that my Notebook display bugged. It went darker into the left and right corners of the screen. I haven't dropped or hit the notebook. The external Display is perfectly fine, so I guess no evidence of video card failure in this, but still...

Solution
Temps are fine, and if the benchmark RAN OK that would mean your hardware should be OK also. When was the last time you installed Windows clean? You said you had to try different drivers, that can mess things up. Since this is a laptop, you want to use the drivers from the laptop vendor.

I ran a benchmark test and the results claim that The graphics performance is above expectations:

I really hope everything is just in my head (a matter of drivers). I actually own a windows 10 N version and had to install and try many different drivers in order to run the media player. I hope this somehow screw up with the video card and that a new install would fix the things.

The Max temperature during the benchmark test of the GPU was 69 degrees, while the integrated hit as high as 73 degrees. (note that I had chrome opened, so it should be a little lower).
As idle it goes between 50-60 degrees

EDIT: I closed everything, including HWMonitor during the benchmark test for which I provided a link. Then I ran another one to monitor temperature
