So I recently built my own PC to replace my older one and I noticed that, when I play games, my clock speed stays the same as when Ieave the PC idling, 1.36 ghz, wich makes the games run at lower then 40 FPS, when it should go to 60-100 FPS. Can anyone help me?
SPECS:
-Ryzen 3 1200 OC to 3.5 GHz
-GTX 1060 3 GB
-MSI B350M BAZOOKA (mobo)
-8 GBs RAM
-600W PSU
