Random hangs in Windows 8.1 Pro

So basically, i just got a new pc, its like week old, and it just randomly hangs, and pops messages like '' Unsupported hardware '' or smthing. yesterday i installed windows 10, it lagged, glitched and that, so i reset it back to windows 8, i have balanced power plan, fast start turned off, i uninstalled useless programs, ran ccleaner, scanned for malware, did /scannow, it found nothing. My pc is following - MSI Geforce gtx 1050ti, ASRock A320M-HDV motherboard, 8gb ballistix ram, amd athlon x4 950 processor, and 450w psu with cooler. It cant be overheating for sure. I searched all web, and couldnt find a solution. I updated my bios, and drivers. http://prntscr.com/i1asxj - Event 41 error
