I am having this problem when I start up Resident Evil 8:

I am also having problems running the Sims 4 and Battlefield 1. They are stuck after opening on blackscreens and do not run properly.
I can run CSGO and Rainbow Six Siege properly however and games like rimworld, Civ Beyond Earth, The Witcher 3, Far Cry Primal, Insurgency and fortnite run properly.
Any idea what can be causing these issues? My graphic card is ATI HD 5770 1gb. I think it is a GPU issue since that Resident Evil error mentions dx11 and shaders.
