Hi, the past few days, I encountered reboots while playing games such as Fallout 4, Rust, and even Roblox surprisingly. I tried recreating the issue in Fallout 4, and after 10 minutes, the monitor would go black, with the popup message "No signal," and then reboot itself for a few seconds, restoring signal to the monitor. I checked temps on my CPU and GPU before it crashed, which were 40-50 degrees Celsius, with 60 being the highest. I checked Event Viewer to around the time the reboot started, and the following error came up:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffff9b8627849010, 0xfffff8050b5df7e8, 0xffffffffc0000001, 0x0000000000000003). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 6cd9027e-a607-411a-a4bc-b4b8d57915b0.

Researching the issue lead me to believe that it's related with video card drivers. So I tried uninstalling AMD's GPU drivers through Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstalled it through AMD's website, which still caused my PC to reboot during games. Next, I tried running an older version of Radeon's Drivers and the issue still persisted. Honestly, I'm stumped, is there any way to fix this problem?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.2 Ghz
Motherboard: Asrock AB350M Pro4
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus 80+ Gold
Graphics Card: MSI RX580 Gaming X 4GB
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 1x8GB DDR4-2666

Reboots under stress usually point to the power supply. Even good ones can go bad. You can kind of prove this by running a videocard stress test like Furmark. Nothing will put your power supply under a load like a graphics stress test. If you can run Furmark with no problems then something else is going on.

Got the power supply about a month ago. Not sure if I have a substitute GPU or PSU to test it unfortunately.

Is there a safer way to stress test the GPU? I'm kind of worried that it may damage it. Also, how long should I run the benchmark for results?
