Hi All-

I bought a ibuypower PC for my son and he cannot play Shadow of War. It will not recognize Geforce GTX 1080I card.

I have read extensively and it appears to be a common issue that can be fixed for some but no others??

I am lost..I will be calling them tomorrow but thought I would post to see if it is an easy fix.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers but no luck.

Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Are you sure you have hooked up the monitor through one of the card's outputs- either an HDMI, DisplayPort, or DVI cable- and not the motherboard's VGA output? If the card isn't being used the computer won't detect it and will enable onboard (built-in) graphics instead.
