Problems with new PC.

I built a new pc with the specs listed below:

Ryzen 3 1300x
GTX 1050 ti
Corsair CX550M PSU
MSI B350M Gaming Pro Motherboard
8gb Kingston RAM 2133 Mhz
1TB Seagate hard drive
Corsair Carbide Series 100R

I have had many, many issues trying to get this thing running. I built the pc using a step by step video guide (this is my first build) and turned it on. There was a light on my motherboard which meant the CPU wasn't working properly. I researched the problem and found it was most likely the motherboard. So I bought a new one, the same kind, and the PC booted perfectly. I downloaded windows 10 onto the PC and everything was going smooth until it asked me to connect an ethernet cable to the pc. I tried to plug it in and the pc crashed, no blue screen or anything. I looked at the computer, and that same CPU light was on, so i tried to restart the computer. From that moment onward the PC has never booted up again, that light always on. Does anyone have some sort of advice? A solution? I spent so much money and time doing this and i just want it to work.

Thanks

Well… it could be a coincidence, but again that's odd since the debug lights indicate something wrong with the CPU? I'd probably check on the CPU if it does, did you install the cooler right? Thermal paste?

EDIT: I know it's frustrating, I remember how frustrating it was on my build, when for literal weeks I just forgot to plug in the ATX power PIN, so making sure the small things are correct can affect it.

Hi! Sorry to hear you have all these troubles.
Dumb question, but did you unplug the ethernet cable after you tried restarting it?

I've unplugged everything many times, and tried to restart always with the same problem.
I just don't understand what I've done wrong...

Is there some kind of post code that the computer gives off?

No, the PC does absolutely nothing on my screen. All I see is a no signal message.

Ok, so from what I gather currently, you had problems with your pc, replaced the motherboard, and then had problems then, but now basically it seems to look like it's functioning well except it says no display? Have you tried perhaps reseating the GPU or RAM?

I tried reseating ram and gpu a couple times, but i still get the light on my motherboard which means my cpu isn't detected or has failed, i still dont know what is causing this as i haven't touched the cpu since i first installed it.

It is possible that the CPU was defective/a socket was bent or something damaged the CPU like maybe thermal paste.

P.S I recommend not selecting an answer till the problem is solved so someone who might be able to help will come
