What to upgrade?

So I recently acquired a friends gaming PC, that he no longer wanted. I am planning on upgrading the RAM, PSU, and the after market cooler. But was wondering if you have any other suggestions to bring it to the next stage.

Specs from the DxDiag:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X
CPU: i5-4570 Quad @3.20GHz
RAM: 8GB (garbage brand) I am going to upgrade it to 32GB -- any suggestions?
MOBO: MSI H81M-P33

I want to upgrade to liquid cooling, more power and more RAM. Happy to take ideas, but if there is something I am missing I am all ears.

Cheers.

You probably dont need to upgrade the PSU (which you didnt list). Unless theres something wrong with it, or if its a poor quality unit, you wont gain anything.
You dont need 32GB of RAM for gaming (or anything with that system really), and RAM prices are extremely high right now.
There is no point to liquid cool anything in that build.

Okay I hadn't thought of the liquid cooling and not being able to OC - thank you for pointing that out.

Might be a silly question, but is the machine relatively future proof for the next year or so? I haven't built a PC since ~2012 and haven't really kept up with a lot of the newer hardware these days.

And good question about the PSU, I haven't looked at it just yet, I shall have a look and get back.

Download MSI Afterburner or use window task manager to check CPU/GPU/RAM usage. If any of them runs at or near 100% consistently, that one is bottleneck the system. Whether you decide to upgrade also depends on your current monitor resolution and refresh rate. Possible upgrade with your mobo: 16G memory is more than enough for gaming, CPU upgrade to i7 4770 or 4790, you don't need K version since your mobo can not overclock the K version.
