Is it okay to use a different power cable than the one provided?

Hi,I was wondering if it's okay to use a different power cable than the one my power supply came with because it doesn't fit in any of the outlets where I live the power supply is an evga 550w

Yes. Just make sure the gauge is appropriate (the copper wire is large enough). Anything 14 gauge or larger is fine (meaning 14, 12 etc). 16 and even 18 would probably be fine with a 550w supply. So...just about anything would be fine.
