Just wondering I have a Cryorig C7 with a i5 7600k and cant play any game during the day since its 30C here and I run everything at low settings with 70-90C depending where I am and what I'm doing during the day since its summer here *At night its still 70C+ Would it be worth it to buy a Corsair H55 Water cooler or a Cryorig H7? Seeing I've had bad experience with the C7

So Basically which would perform better with a i5 7600k a Corsair H55 or Cryorig H7

I would double check your thermal paste and instillation of the cooler. The C7 is smaller then the H7 but ramps the fan up to help compensate for the smaller heatsink. The only way i would go with a AIO is if your dropping over $100, that is when they actually start to outperform an air cooler but not by much, AIO also are a lot noisier then air coolers. AIO are also known for dead pumps :(

Why exactly did you choose C7 model? It is very compact and requires rather good airflow inside pc enclosure.
If your pc enclosure can support cpu cooler with a larger size, then upgrade to something like Cyorig H5 or H7.
Even Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo would be improvement over your current cooler.

I made the mistake of not looking at benchmarks of the C7 acording to techpowerups review on it, it has a really good idle temp but the worst load temp
